The Battle of Fallujah (2003): The Battle of Fallujah was one of the hardest the American fought in Iraq. Lafargue was embedded with the Marines of Kilo Company, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment and spent a week photographing deadly street to street battles. He was able to shoot some of the hardest combat photography in Iraq to date.
